• Jenson Button brushes aside talk about future
• 'I can't talk about who or what's been said'
Jenson Button has admitted he has been approached by teams other than Brawn over a deal for 2010. "I don't want talk about the future at this point," said Button yesterday. "I've been approached by teams in F1, but I can't talk about who or what's been said because that's confidential.
"I wanted to concentrate on this season; I wanted to win the championship this year and then we could start discussions. There was not a perfect time over the last few months to discuss the future because I didn't want to think about anything else but racing this season.
"My aim is to be racing in a car next year that I can win races in and the championship. That's always been the key for me; the most important thing as a driver and that's my aim for 2010."
If Button stays with Brawn, he could be joined by Nico Rosberg after the German driver announced that he is to leave the Williams team at the end of the season. His departure will allow Button's current team-mate, the Brazilian Rubens Barrichello, to join Williams in a straight swap.
"It is my last race for Williams so it's a bit strange," said the German driver ahead of Sunday's final race of the season in Abu Dhabi.
Though he did not say which team he was switching to he has been strongly linked to Brawn.
"It's been a long time and I get on with everybody really well. A lot of respect has built up ... so it is going to be quite strange to leave," added Rosberg. "I don't want to talk about my future. I just want to say that I won't be with Williams because that's sure."
Rosberg has yet to win a grand prix in 69 starts, with second place his highest finish to date, and he said before the start of the season that he was looking to be in a race-winning car for 2010. The German is currently seventh in the drivers' standings after 16 races, having scored all of his team's 34.5 points.
Williams, who last won a race in 2004, are expected to have an all-new line-up next season with Barrichello and the German rookie Nico Hulkenberg tipped to replace Rosberg and Japan's Kazuki Nakajima.
Rosberg's Formula One career began in 2006 and he has secured two podium finishes in 69 races.
