No a great race for Toro Rosso, but no surprise

Toro Rosso endured a pretty difficult race at Singapore, just as they expected. Sebastian Buemi ended the race in 12th position and he believes nothing more was possible. Teammate Alguersuari failed to finish as he crashed just a few laps from the end.

Toro Rosso targets points from 14th and 16th on grid

Toro Rosso drivers Sebastian Buemi and Jaime Alguersuari had different views on their performances. Buemi was satisfied and will start from 14th on the grid, while Alguersuari is 16th but still hopes to get some points in the race, in line with recent performances.

Toro Rosso still unaware of tyre degradation

Both Toro Rosso drivers are quite happy with their cars, but neither of them are yet certain of how the tyres will behave further in the weekend. This is mainly due to their running that was cut short, either due to a worry of loose curbs, or by hitting the wall.

Successful home race for Toro Rosso

The Scuderia Toro Rosso enjoyed a successful afternoon during their home Grand Prix at Monza. Jaime Alguersuari ended the Italian Grand Prix in 7th position, the youngster's best result ever. Team mate Sebastian Buemi finished 10th.
